Who runs The Canadian Loyalist?

The Loyalist is run by a cell of anonymous Canadians spread across the country. No corporate board, nor political party. Just young Canadians who believe their country deserves honest, independent media that actually loves it. We are youth-led, youth-written, and 100% independent.

Why are your writers anonymous?

Many of our writers are students who face very real social and academic risks for holding conservative, patriotic, or nationalist views in today's climate. Anonymity protects them. It also keeps the focus where it belongs: on the ideas, not the identity. We believe the argument should stand or fall on its own merits.

Is this a partisan publication?

We are conservative and patriotic in our worldview, but we are not affiliated with any political party, PAC, or donor network. We endorse no party and take no direction from any politician. Our loyalty is to Canada — not to any party that claims to represent it.

Can I contribute to The Canadian Loyalist?

Yes — if you are Canadian, hold conservative views, and are willing to write. Subscribe first to read our work and get a sense of our voice. Then reach out through the contact form. We review every submission personally through our growing team!

How often do you publish?

We publish multiple times per week across our coverage desks. Some desks are more active than others depending on the news cycle, but our goal is consistent, high-quality journalism — not chasing clicks. Quality beats volume every time. Subscribers get everything directly in their inbox.

Does The Canadian Loyalist take advertising?

No. We do not accept corporate advertising, sponsored content, or paid placements of any kind. Our editorial line is not for sale. The day we take ad money is the day we compromise our independence — and that day will never come. We are funded entirely by our readership and by the conviction of our writers.

What does "Pro Deo et Patria" mean?

It is Latin for “For God and Country” — a phrase with deep roots in the British and Canadian military tradition. It reflects our belief that faith, family, and national loyalty are not relics of the past but the foundation of any civilization worth defending. It is the spirit of The Loyalist in three words.
